​Some teachers at my school are attempting to complete their Lumio and SMART certification courses, but the platform shows the courses as incomplete. When they open the modules to finish them, the content appears locked.

​Does anyone have suggestions on how they can unlock or restart the course?

I am a digital learning specialist in a French-speaking schoolboard on the south shore of Quebec City (CSS des Navigateurs). My job title in French is "Conseillère pédagogique - RÉCIT local". I was a secondary school ESL and ELA teacher for 25 years. I have always been passionate about using technology to support learning and discovered Lumio in 2024 when I started working as a consultant.

I learned how to use Lumio by attending webinars and through Lumiopalooza. Part of my job is to help teachers who want to integrate technology to discover Lumio's features and include them in their lessons.

I enjoy hiking, swimming, learning about new technology and exploring nature.

I love reading and learning. My main interest relating to teaching are learning the bases of reading, writing and maths.

This will be my 20th year as a classroom teacher; I have also worked as a special education paraprofessional and taught pre-service teachers at the university level. On a personal note, my husband and I have two boys; our oldest will be starting law school this fall and our youngest is entering his sophomore year as a BFA Musical Theatre student. I love spending time with my family, reading, and watching movies.
